The Terza Spiaggia & La Filasca Holiday Homes Complex lies In one of the most stunning parts of the northern coast, of Sardinia, just minutes away from Golfo Aranci village. It’s in a unique position, separated from a magnificent white fine sand beach by a few metres of lawn, no further than 150 MT from the sea. An ideal place for the young, families and singles, perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday close to Golfo Aranci and also have the best of the Costa Smeralda on hand. The Terza Spiaggia & La Filasca Holiday Homes are a set of terraced houses, the apartments, are different one from another, have not recent furnishings, simple, classic, with different styles, following the taste of each single owner, but functional and mostly original equipments, they are located in small houses or buildings. They are equipped with TV, veranda or patio, 50 to 150 meters from the beach. The apartments will be sanitized for the total safety of the guests to be able to spend the holiday in total relax, serenity and enjoy this beautiful sea with dream beaches and a wonderful panorama. We have organized additional services to enhance guests' stay

DEPOSIT € 200.00 mandatory, refundable at the end of the stay upon delivery of the keys, after checking the condition of the apartment and if no damage is found. In case of early departure or in any case when the reception is closed, the deposit will be sent to your home by bank transfer, expenses to be paid by the customer

Reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm
CHECK-IN from 16.00 to 20.00.
CHECK-OUT must take place on the day of departure at 10.00, by making an appointment the day before with the Reception for the control of the apartment and the delivery of the deposit.

CLASSIC accommodation: not new, are equipped with a kitchen area and TV, practical and comfortable, furnished with both original and new features, decorated according to each owners taste, and offer guests a good level of comfort.

Three-room apartment 6 pax (47/54 sq. metres) living/dining room with pull out bed, double bedroom, single bedroom with bunk beds or 2 single beds, kitchen area and bathroom, veranda or garden
